A new chapter in Bangladesh’s pageantry industry begins with the launch of Tifa’s Training Academy, an institution dedicated to preparing aspiring pageant contestants with the skills, confidence, and international-standard grooming needed to compete on the world’s biggest stages.

The academy was established with a clear vision: to create opportunities for talented young women across Bangladesh—not only familiar faces within the industry but also new aspirants with the passion and potential to represent the country on the international stage.

Tifa’s Training Academy is proud to launch in collaboration with the Miss Bangladesh USA Organization, one of the leading platforms committed to developing Bangladeshi women for international pageantry. Through this collaboration, aspiring contestants will gain access to guidance inspired by global pageant standards and professional industry experience.

The academy was founded by Tifa, who proudly represented Bangladesh as Miss Grand Bangladesh 2022 and Miss Supranational Bangladesh 2024 under the Miss Bangladesh USA Organization. Drawing from her personal journey, she understands the immense challenges contestants face after winning a national title.
“After being crowned, I had only about two months to prepare for international competitions,” Tifa shared. “Within that short time, I had to complete photoshoots, video production, wardrobe preparation, packing, branding, interview practice, stage presentation, physical fitness, and mental preparation. It was one of the most demanding experiences of my life.”
This experience inspired the creation of Tifa’s Training Academy—an institution designed to prepare contestants before opportunities arise, ensuring they are fully equipped whenever they are given the chance to represent Bangladesh internationally.
The academy offers comprehensive training in pageant grooming, runway techniques, stage presence, public speaking, interview preparation, personality development, personal branding, advocacy development, confidence building, and international competition readiness.
The initiative is also honored to collaborate with the Miss Bangladesh USA Organization, led by its Founder and CEO, Hiyam Amani Hafizuddin. Widely respected for her dedication to the pageant industry, she has played a significant role in creating opportunities for Bangladeshi women to compete on prestigious international stages. Through her leadership, mentorship, and commitment to excellence, she has helped nurture and guide many contestants throughout their pageant journeys, making a meaningful contribution to the growth of Bangladesh’s pageant community.
“Our goal is not simply to prepare contestants for a competition,” Tifa added. “We want to develop confident, intelligent, and globally competitive women who are ready to represent Bangladesh with pride, whether the opportunity comes through Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss Grand International, Miss Supranational, or any other prestigious international pageant.”
Tifa’s Training Academy believes that a successful pageant queen is built through consistent preparation, discipline, confidence, and the right mentorship—not only after winning a crown but long before stepping onto the international stage.
By investing in education, professional grooming, and leadership development, the academy aims to empower the next generation of Bangladeshi women to become confident global ambassadors for their country.
