CMS Access Summit 2026 Brings Together Healthcare Leaders to Explore Strategies for Better Care and Higher Revenue

A vibrant and information-rich healthcare summit took place on Sunday afternoon in New Hyde Park, Long Island, bringing together physicians,practice owners, healthcare administrators, entrepreneurs and communityleaders for a focused discussion on how medical practices can improvethe quality of care they deliver while significantly growing their revenue. The event, titled CMS Access Summit 2026, was organised by Medsys Healthcare Management and held at a banquet hall in New Hyde Park on March 29, 2026.

The summit opened with a performance of the American national anthem before moving into its main programme, which drew active and enthusiastic participation from all attendees throughout the evening.

The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Avinash Jayaswal, Managing Partner and Chief Medical Officer of Advaa Health — Advancing Primary Care. In a detailed and highly practical presentation, Dr. Jayaswal laid out modern strategies for improving patient care and simultaneously
increasing the financial performance of healthcare practices. He focused specifically on how the CMS Access Model can be used to unlock new revenue streams that many practices are currently leaving on the table.

Dr. Jayaswal walked the audience through the importance and financial potential of services, including Chronic Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring and Behavioural Health Integration, explaining how the correct application of billing strategies for these programmes can generate substantial additional income for a practice. He also provided
concrete, data-driven guidance on MIPS optimisation, improving Medicare Star Ratings, and expanding preventive care services as tools for sustainable revenue growth.

He highlighted that with the right planning, data-based analysis and effective management, a healthcare practice can realistically increase its annual revenue by an additional $150,000 to $300,000. Following his presentation, Dr. Jayaswal took questions from the floor, providing detailed and practical responses that attendees found immediately
applicable to their own practices.

The event was attended by a distinguished group of guests, including Sabbir Ahmed, prominent businessman and President of Elite Synergy Realty; Supreet K.
