The Bangladesh Association of New Jersey (BANJ) is set to organize a vibrant “Probashe Borshoboron” (Bengali New Year celebration) event marking the occasion of Bangla New Year. The celebration will feature a Boishakhi Mela, traditional Pitha Utshab, and a colorful cultural program.
The main attraction of the event will be a musical performance by renowned artist Ronti Das, along with several other local performers. The program will take place on Saturday, May 9, at 2:00 PM (local time) at Colts Neck High School, located at 59 Five Points Road, Colts Neck, New Jersey 07722.
Organizers said the event will serve as a major cultural gathering for the Bangladeshi diaspora, bringing together families and friends in a festive atmosphere. They have warmly invited everyone to attend and have also urged interested participants to collect tickets early due to limited availability.
